If the buyer receives a damaged product, they must report it to us within 24 hours after the delivery and return the product to us. We will then send a replacement for free.

If the buyer is not satisfied with the product after delivery and wishes to return it, we will refund 60% of the total purchase amount once we receive the product in its original condition. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
